  • How to book a tour package?

    First speak to any one of our representatives about your requirement. Get a quotation. Then make your necessary changes. Pay an advance and confirm your domestic or international tour package.

  • How to make payment for the booked tour package?

    After confirming your tour package, make an advance or full payment according to the agreement by cash deposit or account transfer to our bank account.

  • What do you mean by budget, deluxe and luxury accommodation?

    Budget – Basic clean accommodation in a 2 star category hotel. Deluxe – Accommodation in a 3 star or equivalent category hotel. Luxury – Accommodation in a 4 star and above category hotel.

  • What is EP Plan, CP plan, MAP Plan and APAI Plan ?

    EP Plan – Its European Plan that means No food only accommodation CP Plan – Its Continental Plan that means Bed and Breakfast only MAP Plan – Its Modified American Plan that means Accommodation with breakfast and either Lunch or Dinner APAI Plan – Its American Plan that means accommodation with all three meals breakfast, lunch and dinner.

  • What type of vehicle is given in tour?

    Always a vehicle in good running condition with clean interiors and well mannered English speaking or ethnic language speaking driver will be at the disposal of the customer. The type of vehicle is based on the no of passengers travelling together, Customers can make a special request for the type of vehicle required.

  • What is SIC ?

    Its seat in coach basics. It simply a person sharing a bus. This service is provided international tour packages.

  • What does the transportation charges includes ?

    Basically in all packages it includes the car rental + fuel + driver bata + night halt charges + hill charges (if any) + toll and parking charges.

  • Cancellation and refunds?

    Cancellation policy differs from hotel to hotel and from destination to destination. The basic is as follows 1) 100% amount will be forfeited for cancelling within one week time from the date of departure 2) 75% amount will be refunded for cancellation within 15 days from the date of departure.
